Working on Sundays, holidays, overtime, working at night by our people will be permitted without any restrictions.
The site should be clear of all encumbrances once we start our work. In addition, any side work like removing of electrical cable, water pipe, drainage, demolition of any type or reconstruction is not in our scope of work.
Adequate lights of sufficient intensity to carry out the installation. In addition, you should provide potable water in the court at your cost.
All the water and electricity consumption at site shall be free of cost to us.
Suitable storeroom under our lock and key near the court shall be made available to us from start to finish of the contract. Delivery to ground floor within Bangalore city limits or as accepted and distance beyond limits delivery charges extra.
Please collect the goods from the delivery boy, at the time of delivery. No complaints of receipt of goods after delivery will be accepted and check the goods at the time of delivery only and signed by concern person kindly mention your choice able colors in your purchase order. Due to the practical difficulties, the sizes or dimension or color can be altered or adjusted.
We are not responsible for any damage/breakage after delivery inside the site you should provide suitable place to safe guard the materials at your risk.
The quotation is subject to revision of errors and omissions and actual dimension is applicable at delivery/handover of the project.
All claims of goods lost or damaged in transit must be made upon the carriers. Our responsibility ceases after the good are dispatched from our go down.
Goods once sold cannot be taken back in any circumstances in the event of purchaser failing to take delivery of goods ordered by them within reasonable time, the company (in addition to the legal remedies) can recall deal with the goods at its absolute discretion. In such cases Purchaser will be liable to reimburse the company all the charges, costs and expenses incurred in dispatching and recalling the goods including actual bank, freight handling and demurrage charge. The company statements of all such charges shall be final and binding to purchaser.
Complaints on physical condition (like surface defects colors shape etc., of the material supplied should be intimated to us within 3 days from the date of acceptance of receipts of the material to the client
The complaints regarding quality of materials supplied should be lodged within 7 days from the date of supply.
No complaints for excess, shortage or rejections within + or – 1 % of the invoiced quantity will be entertained by us. In no case, will on line rejection or rejections in the form of customer’s components be entertained. That is to say, no rejection will be accepted if our material has undergone any process at the customer’s end. Any complaints received beyond the time limit specified in the above columns.
All claims and dispute to be settled in Bangalore jurisdiction.
18% interest will be charged if the bill is not paid at presentation.
Payment be demand draft, crossed cheque requested.
No receipt for payment is valid unless on our official receipt. Please acknowledge the receipt of this invoice/delivery chelan immediate payment is requested.
